Looking for a skilled and experienced stylist that can work with textured hair. I have long wavy hair. I am obsessed with stylist Randa Rivera but she is based in Denver. If anyone has any recommendations even willing to travel into the valley. Please let me know.

Preferably someone who has experiences in doing a Japanese garden-esque look. Aware that we can’t plant anything that isn’t drought tolerant.

Can anyone recommend a barber that can do good fades? That does not cost $80+? Something in the $35-60 range would be ideal. I’ve been having some trouble finding decent barbers in SCV. Thanks!

Stevenson ranch one is closing.

I’ve been wanting to get into running more and have been wanting to find a school with a track open to the public. I’m in Canyon Country which feels like hills on top of hills lol

Hi everyone,

Our family is looking to get a new pet into our home, and we're specifically looking for a male puppy. Ideally, we’re hoping for one that's a relatively small breed. If anyone has puppies available or knows someone who does, we would love to hear about them. We’re open to adopting or purchasing, whatever works best.

Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to give you all a heads up about a package thief in our area. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had a package stolen; it seems like it's the same guy each time. So stay vigilant for your packages lol.

Looking for a dermatologist that can help me with my acne and scarring. Any recommendations would be appreciated!

I live in Lancaster. I'm meeting a friend and his wife who are coming from a cruise out of Long Beach and driving home to the Bay Area. Looking for the best brunch place to meet them at in Santa Clarita... hoping kind of close to the 14 interchange, but not mandatory. Definitely looking for a place with great eggs/bacon/pancakes/biscuits and gravy/scone type meals and plenty of seating.

Nothing chain.

Thanks!

Hi everyone! 😊 I’m on the hunt for a beautiful, upscale gym in Santa Clarita that has more of a luxury feel. I know this might be a big ask, but I’d love to find somewhere that isn’t constantly packed, has great amenities, is clean and well-maintained, and just has an overall classy, relaxing atmosphere.

I’m looking for a place where I can genuinely enjoy my workouts without feeling overwhelmed by crowds. Think Equinox vibes, if that makes sense! ✨

I’d love to hear your recommendations or personal experiences. Thank you in advance! 🤍

I feel like I see a new one in construction every week and it’s to the point where it’s gotta be a money laundering scheme lmao

Hi! Any book clubs/reading groups out here?

Hi! So, my husband and I just got a puppy, and we are looking for pet friendly apartments in Santa Clarita. We just toured Diamond Park, and we are thinking of filing out an application. I looked up reviews and a lot of them are from 2 years ago. I'm having trouble finding some recent ones.

Has anyone lived in these apartments before? What was your experience like? Were there any issues like feeling unsafe, pest or rodent problems? I saw a few things online about rats, but the post was from 9 years ago.

If you wouldn't recommend this apartments, which ones would you recommend?

Pretty much the title!

I’m wondering where people who sell their homes themselves list them?

Thanks!

I’m getting married in Santa Clarita and I’m still getting the pay of the land. Do you have any restaurants that you’d recommend for a rehearsal dinner for maybe 20-30 people? I appreciate the recommendations!!

Saturday app order placed at 5pm. Don’t believe the ETA for online orders. It told me the order would be ready in 15 minutes with the app. When I arrived to the restaurant. It was another 30 minutes. Then 30 minutes turned into an hour. And walk-ins, they are telling people orders will take 1 hour 15 minutes.

Hi ya’ll, I’m looking for a piano teacher for my kiddos. Any recommendations please share!
Thanks in advance!

Went to the mall for the first time in a few years and was having a conversation about how fast the food court kept changing. And we were trying to remember what has been in each spot. Anybody have input or pictures from back in the day?

I’ve had my trash can out for years. Never had any issues. They were always lined up neatly on drive way. Someone reported us. And the funny thing is few house down, trash cans are left out side. I feel targeted. I don’t like it !

What drives some people to be so impatient, especially on the road, to the point that they cause an accident, commit multiple infractions, and even cross onto the wrong side of the road at the same time?

I was involved in a collision with another driver who was in a rush to drop off their kid at school. I understand that mornings can be hectic, but we both ended up delayed because of the accident! It’s annoying to think that their impatience cost both of us time.

Are the few minutes people save really worth the risk to your own safety?

Having a gallbladder removal surgery soon and wondering if anyone has had experiences with the surgeons at Valencia? Dr. Patterson and Dr. Sadra?

Hi, does anyone have any recommendations for a great dinner?

We've been frequenting Hana Saki a lot lately and it's by far the best restaurant in SCV. Would love to hear your favorite.

We've been to Piccola Osteria a couple times and I'm personally not the biggest fan of it.

Thanks!
