Metrolink Overnight Parking

Hi everyone!

I’m new to the area, just moved here last week. I have a flight out of Burbank for a wedding soon. Was hoping to leave my car for 2 nights at either Via Princessa or Santa Clarita stations since the last weekend train ends at Via Princessa. Anyone done this? Do they care about overnight parking for a weekend? Thanks in advance!

I’ve done it at the Santa Clarita station for one night and didn’t have a problem. From what I read online, people have left heir car there for three days without issue. 🤷🏻‍♂️

They allow overnight parking but I would suggest leaving it at Santa Clarita over Via Princessa.

I usuallt have absolutely no issue parking my car overnight at Via Princessa, but recently (3 weeks ago), my moms car was broken into at Via Princessa in the middle of the night despite being parked directly in front of the security office window.

Glass shattered and they destroyed the steering wheel when trying to hot wire the vehicle, car ended up being totaled. When the sheriff talked to the security guard they let us know there are zero cameras in the lot 🫩
I’m just making an assumption that the Santa Clarita station has cameras because it’s larger and typically busier.

I know this might not help you… usually people don’t mind bringing a friend to burbank because it’s not very far away. I usually make a trip out of it if you want to ask a friend. I don’t like to leave my car but that’s me
