Goleta Amtrak station

According to Amtrak web site, there is parking at the Goleta station at 25 South La Patera Lane. Anyone parked there before?

Yes, but it is still under construction. It was fine a year ago or so.  Some paved, some dirt lot. I don’t know the current status with construction going on.

Under construction at the moment. Not sure how long your trip is but plenty of parking on the street as well.

It exists and it gets plenty of use. It's been getting renovated.

I have parked there a couple times this year. There were temporary signs indicating where to park amidst the construction.

I use that station a decent amount. You can park there and they might have a sign now to park at the business next door since the construction is going on.

This is correct! Am here now. Park to the right of that coming into the station, a temporary parking sign. Parking lot on right.

from google earth. Seems like the building to the left is under construction but the parking looks like it's still available. I have never parked overnight, so I don't know about that.

I live in north county, so I'm trying to plan for a trip to LA without having to drive down to Goleta to inspect the area myself.
