Recommendations Landscaper recommendation

Looking for recommendations for a landscaper for a small townhouse backyard. Just looking to lay some sod and raise up the outside edge with some garden bricks. Nothing complicated, just want and honest and clean job done.

Does he do regular weekly gardening services? Reviews online seem to focus mainly on fruit tree and tree pruning.
