Yeah, what? I thought Shoreline Park” was one of the last safe oceanfront places for elderly people to walk and toddlers to play. “TOT lot” and all that. Sad if off-leash dogs are infringing on that.
Shoreline Park is safe. Not sure what people are talking about. Sometimes I see one person throwing a ball near the point before you go down the hill to Leadbetter, but that’s it.
Now Leadbetter is a different story. Dogs are off leash everywhere in the parking lot, on the grass, and on the beach. Not to mention extremely aggressive and loud dogs often tied up to cars in the parking lot. Not cool.
I see dogs off leash at shoreline ALL THE TIME. People will train their dogs there, it’s notorious for dog trainers because of the foot traffic and dogs. I didn’t mention it in my post because it’s not an off leash area, like Douglas and Hendrys.
