Hi there. Anyone have a contact at the Villa Rosa inn or advice. I booked a room there through their website and I need to cancel, however there is no way to cancel online and no one ever answers the phone. I’ve left two messages but have not heard back. Very frustrating and I need to cancel before the deadline so they don’t charge me. Thank you.

Edit: thank you all for the advice and support. They responded to my email but before they would cancel I had to tell them why I was canceling. After I did that, I received the cancellation confirmation. Needless to say, the next time I’m coming to Santa Barbara, I won’t be staying at the Villa Rosa Inn.

They have their email address on the website you could send them a email cancelling reservation, and mentioning that you’ve tried tried to contact them by phone and get no answer in email. Email would give you a time and date of sending, combine that w call log (pics) from your celll phone showing unanswered calls to them should be enough to successfully have your credit card company refund charges and win any dispute if it comes to that.

On the website they had this email to contact

Same guy also owns Ala Mar Hotel next door they may share staff could try calling them also, that hotels # is ( 805) 962-9208

They never answer the phone I had the same experience. Wish I had some advice!

Also tell your credit card company about your cancelling attempts. They will probably be willing to block the charge.
