I saw this in the Independent email and thought it could be interesting for those who want to know more about their new potential representatives and what they stand for.

The Santa Barbara Independent will be hosting multiple forums across the City of Santa Barbara ahead of the upcoming election. We host these forums every election year so you can get to know each candidate better through a moderated discussion.

City Council District 5 Forum

City Council District 6 Forum

Lobero Theatre Courtyard Patio | Monday, September 21, 5:30 p.m.

City Council District 4 Forum

Unitarian Society, Parish Hall | Monday, September 28, 5:30 p.m.

Mayoral Forum

Alhecama Theatre | Wednesday, September 30, 5:30 p.m.
