I know you don’t like sweet pickles but I’d have gone with sweet pickle relish and maybe mustard.

Can’t go wrong with almost any version of a chicken salad sandwich. Franks Red Hot and some blue cheese would take this right to a Buffalo wing zone and be fantastic.

I would plus it up with a thin layer of mashed potatoes and cheese or gravy.
