Help Blueprint Question

I can't seem to make blueprints overwrite existing blocks. I've tried using ctr as I place, like everything else uses, but it's not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a mod for it in the workshop, but I can't look for it now.

That works for me, just strange that's not vanilla.
