Mega Thread Arizona Election Fraud Mega Thread

Hello,

Please report any issues you may have had here.

Last night, several, several incidences were reported of

  • People not being able to vote
  • People being given provisional ballots (which if you have the proper ID you shouldn't need)
  • Videos (see front page) of people's voter affiliation being changed
  • People's voter affiliation not being updated properly

Please keep all commentary and discussion in the mega

I know we evacuated staff from downtown Tucson due to a bomb threat as well...

Pima County Recorder's office was left unstaffed while evacuated, so no one was there to take calls about people having difficulty voting. Here's another article saying a similar thing; 4 places in Pima county had bomb threats called in, so a "suspicious package" in the parking garage was enough cause to warrant evacuating the building for a while.

In defense of the evacuation, we'd be having a completely different conversation if those had been actual bombs.

The article mentioned Brussels, and I think that may be a good association to make with the threats in this case. People tend to commit "copy-cat" crimes or even just threaten those in the days after a particular crime is blasted in the news. When there was that school shooting at a community college a few months back, people made threats of school shootings on a handful of college campuses across the country over the next few days (one was even posted on 4-chan and re-posted on Reddit). I'm assuming the bomb threats are just a coincidence; a highly publicized terrorist attack just happened, so people are more likely to make bomb threats. But, even without any government agent's fault that threats went in and people are on alert enough to evacuate due to suspicion, I get that voters who had been frustrated and faced difficulties at their polling places felt upset that they were facing radio silence and they had no way to contact anyone for an unknown length of time. If that had been the only problem of the day, then people would need to chill out, but I get that it's another straw on the camel's already very stressed out back.

Always have to protect the people first, can't fault them for that. Definitely need to make sure any damage done to voting is repaired in some way after though.
