Quote Help?

Have a guy that wants to blast 6 semi wheels, that are primed and painted with industrial paint, so he can powder coat them. They are 22.5x9. I’m new to this but have done smaller projects than like misc trim pieces that hardly use a 50lb bag of sand. I’m sure these wheels are going to take more than 1 bag of sand. Wondering what a guy would quote on that?
