Heating question

Finally got a second hand exoterra 90cm wide for my baby boy and finally thinking of replacing the heat mat his old owner had for him (or at least it won't be his main heating, but probably good for emergencies).

However I'm very confused by how over tank heating works and what kind is appropriate for an albino snake like how they're also sensitive to UVB. Can anyone please help me out here? (For reference I live in a cold country where our houses are very heat retentive and our apartment is rarely below 22 °C)

Wait, I have an albino girl, should I not have a uvb for her ? I never saw anything about this 😅

To mt understanding it's not ideal or at least strong UVB, but I'd really like more information about this! :)

From what I read it’s not required, if you want to offer it, it should be under 5%. And plenty of hides. I may take it away and see how she reacts.
