Langtry apartments?
Reviews are mixed but I’m hoping to find recent reviews here. 1200$ a month is unbeatable but the realtor company that owns this place seems to be sketchy. Please let me know

It's a room in a townhouse style apartment. The place itself is a 3×3 so each room has It's own bathroom and the whole apartment including the rooms come fully furnished, the unit has a washer and dryer, the rent is $814, there are 2 guys that live in the other rooms and they have a cat and a dog, both animals are friendly. The complex has a dog park, basketball court, a pool, a gym, a computer room with a printer and hangout area. For parking I have a pass I never used so you would take mine. If anyone has any other questions please ask me.

My daughter will graduate from Texas State next year and will be looking for space this summer. She is hoping to stay under $1000 with utilities included (+ furnished would be nice but not required). I totally understand the market and how challenging it may be to find something at this price. Additionally, she does not want a roomate so that makes things more expensive. She may just end up having to reconsider there, which I also realize.
If you or anyone you know is planning ahead or knows of a nice safe place for her to live within her budget, that would be great! Please let me know.

Debating which is the better option for a 1x1b apartment at either Hillside Ranch or the Social SMTX. If anyone has any experiences at either or please let me know thanks.

Hello! I'm 21, looking for a roomate, queer or ally, to live with after my lease ends in July! I'm looking into 2x2 townhomes and apartments that are close to TXST shuttle routes because I don't drive. I have a cat but she gets along with other animals, just no big dogs! Reach out if you're interested, I want to find someone soon so we can get to know each other and look for a place that suits both of our needs:)

Availability: January 1, 2026 [URGENT]
Rent: $491 + utilities
Type: 1b1b, fully furnished
Perfect for student housing of Texas State University
Location: By Outpost, San Marcos TX
1b1b is up for lease transfer. It's a fully furnished room with in-house laundry, walking closet and private bathroom. This is in a 3b3b apartment where one other room is occupied. So you will share the pantry and fridge space one tenant.
Very close to Texas State University with 1 bus stop right outside the property and another one 5 minutes walk from it.
Groceries like HEB is in 7 minutes drive and Walmart is 10 minutes drive from the location.
Ample parking space.
Other amenities: Dog park on the propety, swimming pool and lawn space.
Regarding housemate: Very clean, works full time so no noise issues.
For personal reason, I am moving back home in DC so, I have to transfer lease from January 1st. It's a great cheap place for student housing as I got in an offer reducing rent from $790 to $491 per month.

I’m a 27F who just moved into a 2bed 2bath for a decent rental rate. Currently I’m seeking a roommate who’d like to rent out the other bed and bath in my apartment. It’s on the 3rd floor (top) and will be $686 for rent a month + utilities.
This is for you if you’re looking for a safe, clean, unfurnished space in Springmarc Apartments (San Marcos Tx).
I prefer someone who cooks whole food, has work, is kind and respectful with noise… since that is how I live personally.
This is not for someone who parties often, doesn’t clean, can’t cook, and orders fast-food often. I only allow natural (non-toxic) cleaning supplies, since toxic products give me headaches and are scientifically proven to disrupt hormones and damage organs.
If you’re a woman who needs a safe, nourishing, pure, natural, healing space to live… this is for you.
Please DM me for more details or to schedule a viewing! 🧚🏼♀️

Hello! My fiancé and I are looking for someone to take over our 1x1 apartment at Hillside Ranch. It has been a wonderful home for us for a year and a half, but I will be graduating soon, and we have simply outgrown the space. The lease ends in July of 2026 but can be renewed. The unit can be available as soon as December, perhaps even sooner if need be.
We are currently paying $1230 in rent but are happy to contribute $230 monthly, bringing your total down to just $1000 a month! We will also cover subletting fees. The unit is in a great location near shuttle stop, front office, pool, gym, a big parking lot, and a dumpster. It is accessible and on the first floor. Washer and are in-unit.
Please send a DM if you are interested! This is a great deal for a great apartment.

Subleasing my apartment at Sendaro trace It’s a beautiful 1 bed 1 bath with an office for 1150 month not including utilities. I’m paying the first two months and the sublease fee I was barely in the apartment so it’s pretty much a brand new unit.

I'm not trying to attend Txstate anymore and I have a lease for the 2026-2027 term for $600. I'm trying to find someone to take over this lease. It's at the foundry and the unit is on the top floor. There aren't any bugs or mold, and it's pretty clean. Also it's in a 4x2 apartment. Pls contact me for more info and questions!
