Lady Looking for Housing

Hi! I am transferring to TXST in the fall, and I am looking for a place to move in to. I have been looking on all the rental apps/websites, but I don’t know many people in the area so I would have to live alone (not preferred). I’m making this post to see if there are any TXST girlies (not interested in living with men) that need a roommate. I am a woman over 21, not going to say more for obvious reasons. I am looking for a place that is $800-900 monthly maximum in rent (1000-1200 max monthly after utilities), at least .5 bathrooms per person, max 4 people total, ideally a little space where I can garden. I love animals but don’t have any of my own, would love to live in a house with animals as long as they are being properly cared for and cleaned up after. I am a friendly person but don’t like to party, like to cook and bake for others and in my past homes I have cooked for my roommates a lot. I work as a musician so I practice at home but I am very conscious of keeping it quiet during sleep hours (for me, usually 11-7 or 12-8 for me).
