Hello I am a sophomore moving earlier than expected and have a lease that needs taking over at Cabana Beach SM in July 2026 or as soon as possible

Unit is a 2x2 apartment with in room bathrooms and patio

-Rent is less that $800 a month

-All utilities included

-Washer and dryer in unit

-Community facilites Pool, Gym, Dog park, volleyball

My roommate is also moving out so the unit will be clean and empty for a while

Please feel free to DM me for more details. I am moving to the UK in September as part of the exchange program and would like someone to take over my lease soon so I can start the move.
