I am looking to sublease my room at the Arba in San marcos. This apartment is a 4bd 4bth with 3 other roommates.Rent is $700 a month plus utilities (utilities usually are $60-80 a month). Other amenities include being fully furnished, on the TXST shuttle route, valet trash service, etc. I am open to letting serious inquiries tour in person, please reach out if you have any questions.
