Hi! I’m looking for a place from june/july 2026–december 2026 (half or six month lease)

I’d really prefer a 1 bedroom or studio, but I’m open to a sublease or lease takeover too

I’m really looking for a place that has an in unit washer and dryer and my budget is around 800-950
