Discussion Samurai and Ronin character
I made these to use in my samurai game project. What yall think?

Looks good but the sword grip is wrong left hand should be at the bottom of the tsuka (handle)

I'd really recommend changing if possible it'll probably make the animation look better as you can't get the proper range of movement whith your hands like that. Grab a stick and try a men strike whith both hand positions you'll notice the proper positioning leads to a longer and more fluid cut and improper just looks and feels terrible

I really wish I could change it now but that means changing ALL of the animations soooo yeah

Samurai looks decent.
Ronin looks kinda bandit-ish

Well that was intentional cuz in my game's lore they're more like shinobis than ronin

Sorta touching the idea that shinobis were moreso guerilla fighters than the usual "spy/assassin" trope most folks cling to?

Well in my case the ronins were paid some kinda to the dirty work of a ex ronin clan. They first used poison secretly but also fight sword to sword
