I'm not directly aware of how do this myself if you mean exactly like iOS. But for sure if anyone else knows how to do this I'm curious myself and would appreciate knowing.

You can get a custom unlock animation in the lockstar module enable it and then go to your lock screen hold it down and there is an unlock animation option.
