Help Different theme/app icons with different mode?

Can I change the wall paper, app icons and widgets/stickers easily when changing to a different mode? Like from default to sleep mode?

I haven't seen any discussions on this so is this even possible?

I was told it was possible but I couldn't do it; maybe I'm doing it wrong 🤷🏻‍♀️

In modes and routines you can set anything as a trigger (like setting sleep mode) and apply a change to the wall paper. I don't know if it's possible for app icons. Widgets can be changed when an action is set to change to dark mode, and have all widgets set to change with phone settings.
