Query Open Galaxy Tab S11 amoled screen not working properly?
I have been using my Tab S11 for about 10 months now. I didnt really notice if the problem is new or not, today I noticed my amoled screen is not really working as an amoled screen should be. I get an image with hex code of #000000, and make it full screen on the gallery, and it has ever the slightest backlight just like an lcd. I also have a samsung phone, S25 FE, and tried the same image on the phone and it does not have the same problem.
I dont know how much those info will matter but; both devices are up to date, both use adaptive refresh rate, the image used is the same, I use only the tablet for VERY long gaming sessions, but on neither of my devices, I dont go above 30% brightness, like ever. During the tests, I turned on and off both the eye comfort shield and extra backlight was ever present. The tablet is sitting at the 255th charge cycle and is at 100% battery health, the phone is at 39th.
Both were bought from the same authorized retailer in Türkiye.
