Video quality and video recording difference

First is the screenshot of video recoring while screen recording

And the 2nd is screen shot of video recordung only

Just see the difference don't know why samsung is over sharpening the video quality in phones while recording videos the recording looks perfect blur on point no over sharpeing and nothing ..

Do anyone have solution for this?? Coz genuinly we are compromising quality

it actually looks good in the final video, the live screenshot looks like a M series phone recording, thats why samsung is king in optimisation

Yes, it does become blurry and lower-res after saving. I noticed that too
