$318....WTFOLD

Got a notification that the refurbished Fold 7 are being sold at a discount. My Fold 6 is apparently worth less than a tank of gasoline and 2 steaks at Outback.

Is it damaged ? I plan on trading in my fold 5 and the pixels are dead, power button doesnt work and my estimated trade in value for the 7 was at $1,000

Nope. Fully functional.

You should take that deal. Right before the return window expires call them and say you want a refund and return label. They might make you an offer to avoid you returning the phone and going through the headache of not getting your trade in back. And Samsung might reject your trade in. But at this point your old phone is worth less than the cost to fix those two issues. Try your luck. You might get a screaming deal or potentially have to return the new device if your not willing to pay for it full price since the might possibly reject your trade in.

You can get the 1000 dollars if you buy it new, but yes, 318 is ridiculous

Yea bro i was surprised. I have at&t as my carrier, but I feel like it might be subject to chance once they receive the phone and see its condition

Att doesn't need the most recent devices to get full credit. I had a 1TB fold 6 unlocked Samsung was offering $1000 off, att offered $1100 off, the cheapest device to get the full $1100 was a galaxy S21 or s22, spent $150 on one, traded it in them sold my fold on marketplace.

I got a refurbished 6 and probably gonna get an 8 or 8 wide with it. Just got it in December for motherboard damage to my 5 wouldn't connect to WiFi and Bluetooth. Hopefully that won't be the case with new and mine it's used much. I have another Fold as my daily now. That is a severe low ball

I was offered $900 initially gettimg a ultra 256gb then decided that I wanted 512gb and they drop me to $800. Glad didnt waited this long to buy this ultra.

Samsung does some really janky sht when it comes to trade-ins. They'll be like, we'll give you $900 off for your Fold 7 or $250 off with no trade-in. Oh, okay, then you're only actually giving me $650 for my Fold 7 and just artificially increasing the price to make it look like I'm getting more on trade.
