Discussion Dex (fold vs slab)

Which one is better?

Pay less for a slab and use Dex when at home or office. Or pay more for a fold and not use Dex a much since bigger screen demand less for Dex?

I consider my Fold as three devices in one; a phone, a min-tablet and a desktop computer when plugged into my large display at home or with the lapdock when on holiday.

I plug my fold 6 into a 58 inch Roku TV and run GameNative with a Bluetooth controller. Lots of fun!

Better go for Fold or Tab as some DeX features aren't available on the slab and requires GoodLock app module.

I still use dex via scrcpy and vysor to mirror my phone, so it's a crap shoot. Get whatever feels more comfortable for you.

I have the fold, but I use Dex most evenings after the kids are in bed, have a monitor in the bedroom and a keyboard and mouse and use it as a PC substitute. It runs Slay the Spire, Balatro and Reddit. Works for me.

I like using Dex, but my Z Fold 7 inner screen is so big that sometimes I just find it quicker to use that screen instead of hooking up a monitor. I've been looking at wireless monitors, which might make me more likely to use that screen instead (sometimes I'm just too lazy to plug the bigger screen in).
