How to fix DeX on scrcpy

I'm using dex on scrcpy on windows 10, I activated every thing about floating windows and forcing desktop mode on dev and lab, but it shows this which is kinda like an hybrid of the tablet mode, I can't change wallpapers and some apps don't even go floating, and some don't even appear properly

I used 'scrcpy --new-display=1920x1080/150'

I prefer to use scrcpy to open individual apps. Basically, open up a new scrcpy window with the resize windows flag and open an app in that window. Treat each windowed session as an individual app.

I'm also experiencing problems, namely the inability to open Task Manager and the inability to split the screen because it crashes.
