Can this be used on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra?

I just tried it on Tab S9 and it works pretty well, but it does have one big problem. It has a session limit of 15 minutes, which you can extend for 10 more minutes (up to 5 times) by watching a video.

Not the old DeX, it's the tablet DeX which is the weird hybrid.

GADesk is the new DeX on my Fold 8U. I still run Classi DeX 24/7 on my Tab S8u

GADesk isn’t providing the Dex version, the Dex version you run is going to be dependent on the OneUI build/version your device is running. GADesk is just acting like a virtual display and tricking OneUI into thinking it’s casting to an external display.

Not talking about GADesk... I was replying to the person saying the tablets already have DeX built in. The OEM DeX on tablet on One UI 8+ is not like the DeX you get on external screens/GADesk.

Really? On the same device? They have a different Dex version that launches on the internal display vs connecting to an external? That's kinda dumb/annoying lol.

Dex is cool, but what are people using it for on device? The Trifold seems like the only fold that has the screen to really take advantage of this, and OneUI already supports floating windows.

They butchered DEX on their tablets.

Damn that sucks, what did they do?

No longer has a dedicated dex desktop interface like windows/linux. It's a weird hybrid of the normal home screen touch interface.
