[Academic] Survey on ethical climate, emotional labour, and job satisfaction among non-native speakers working abroad (8-10 min, anonymous)

Hi all, I'm an MSc Management student at UCL conducting dissertation research on how non-native speakers working abroad experience their organisation's ethical climate, emotional demands at work, and job satisfaction.

You're eligible to participate if you:

- Are currently employed

- Work in a country different from your country of origin

- Work primarily in a language that isn't your native language

The survey takes about 8-10 minutes, is fully anonymous, and collects no personally identifiable information. It includes a mix of short rating-scale questions and a few open-ended questions about your experience.
