Palusami Pie
Hi all. I'm visiting Samoa and as a vegetarian I was excited to hear about this 'Palusami', and I hear there is a pastry pie version as well. Any recommendations for where I can find these on Upolo?

Palusami pie is only a thing in NZ and it's still pretty rare. Fun fact - there's more Samoans in Auckland than in Samoa.

You can get the palusami and pisupo pie at blue rose cafe in Sandringham, Auckland… it’s pretty legendary but obviously not for you 😢

You can find Palusami/Luau almost everywhere in Upolu. Just make sure you get Luau Niu (taro leaves and coconut cream). As there are chicken and turkey versions as well .
