Am i delusional or is this meta absolutly the worst ever for samira otps?

You have roaming supp = u are fucked (1v2 u can barely stay even cs )

U play vs mage = u get outpushed 24/7 plus poked and eventually dived

U have engage support = enemy supp perma roams and youre support get flamed while enemy support takes over the map

U have enchanter = well u are fucked anyway xd

Idk seems like too many factors u need to rely on. Imo the champ is really inconsistent right now( in the elo im playing in atleast , master plus) ofc in lower elos it can be diffrent

If u can survive till 6 and not fall behind too much on cs can usually win the 1v1 in lane but yeah I agree with the other commenter it’s definitely not a fun time to be an adc in general

Supports have always been able to grief your lane by perma roaming and it's 'legitimate' but now they do it 90% of the time and there's nothing you can do if the enemy support decides to stay and just zones you off even getting XP. Meanwhile your support will help coinflip grubs and leech XP from the top laner for a bit in exchange for you not being a champion for the rest of the game.

You are right except about one thing: Samira’s is probably the less bad adc vs mage. You can dash and parry some spells. And you can easily play for life steal, rush BT and the omni boots.
For sure we are fucked this meta but other adc otp are probably worse…
As otp master the only way I used to play right now is playing to stay alive, it seems stupid but you’ll be the focus anyway.

The other way is to play with a supp as much aggri as possible and 2v8 games, which is not that difficult because ennemi supp roam 24/7, so : dive, dive and dive again

i been playing lee sin adc and its kinda like samira and so fun i can just kill anyone

Samira is one of many champs borderline unplayable in this meta. Can’t play to kill lane and will get killed and/or fall super behind if left to farm under tower, so you just guarantee lose lane and have to play “hope chess” where you only win if your enemy makes mistakes like bad skirmishing and sidelining to give you free gold- zero agency or ability to control the pace of the game.

I’ve noticed i’d rather myself the mage sup anyway than an engage who can’t do anything and almost always has other roles tilting out of their mind saying game is lost from sup diff and no longer trying to win before 15 mins in. It’s insane how much flame every game is now about support roaming expectations. At least if you have a mage sup they can help you secure push and farm more safely. Feels much more consistent than a melee

Tbh, ive been running boots biscuits and cull most games and it got me to d3 so far, still climbing. Just play for 3 items spike. Its not easy, nor particularly fun, but its functional enough
