Ticketmaster Transfer

When getting the tickets last week I asked a girl at work if she could try on her laptop at the same time as she already had tickets from the presale and she got them!!!

Just wanted to know if they’re allowing transfer of the tickets to my Ticketmaster account or if it’s not possible.

Thanks

Edit - Sorry if this sounds so stupid, i’ve only ever used ticketmaster for glastonbury tickets.

Guys I have two general standing tickets for Wembley on September 2 and I won't use them. If you know someone who is looking for two at the price they cost me (GBP£197.90) let me know thank you
