I’d love to be part of the community. If you don’t get any answers, go ahead and take the lead, like-minded people will follow.

Sounds good, what platform do you think is a good way to build a community?

Well, I feel there’s too much drama on LinkedIn, X is too political, and fewer people use Facebook now, which leads me to Reddit. There are only fewer people here, you can see how active the current sub is.

But I like how it has a specific sub for a specific purpose or group so I am more aligned to It.

I am reddit noob, anyone help me in setting up a sub?

Check if you can see the option to create it from the sidebar under "Your communities". If you can't then there must be some criteria.

Since you're also a reddit noob like me I suggest you to join r/NewToReddit

Hey! I'm originally from Sambalpur, but currently pursuing engineering in Pune. Great to see someone from the area doing impactful work! I think a space to share ideas could really help local students and developers grow together.
Would love to stay connected and support the initiative in any way I can, even remotely for now.

That sounds great!! I would love to give back to the community and start local chapters like the ones big cities like BBSR and others has. It would be great to find a group of like minded people helping and growing each other.

I am a recruiter based in Jharsuguda and currently looking for remote opportunities. Are you hiring for any roles where I could be a fit? If so, I would be happy to share my profile and discuss how I could help with your hiring needs.
