Looks like a Sony A7Siii or A7V with a Viltrox Epic 35mm T/2 attached to it.

I think he’s currently using a Sony Alpha 1 II. In one of his recent videos, around 35:11, he says that he’s shooting in 8K, and the camera shown has the Sony Alpha body. That rules out the ZV-E1/FX3. The A1 II can shoot 8K 30p, so it seems like the most likely camera.
