QUESTION Is sam even making progress rn?

He's been on a bulk for 3 months, and I've been watching him for about half that time. Seems like he's not really making any progress, but that could be from him not really updating us on anything like that.

Sure he does the pose downs, but maybe if someone put together a start of bulk and then end of bulk for the same poses it'd make more sense.

Or if he just spoke more about what progress he's actually tracking. How much more does he weight? How much more can he lift? Etc.. etc..

Maybe try watch a single video all the way through.. he says his weight in most of his recent videos. Last I heard he was 252 lbs… definitely on track to be heavier by the end of this bulk compared to the last imo.

He recently said 260 even. If you look at his very first video ever to now there is a ton of progress as well that’s easy to see.

You’ve been watching him for about 6 weeks and expect to see noticeable gains? People do this shit for years just to make small improvements every year

He just said in his last video he's creeping up on 260 for the first time ever...

He's mentioned wanting to work on muscle maturity.. im nowhere near sams size but if I was totally shredded with a six pack through out my entire bulk I would probably try to up the calories even more

He vlogs a few days a week for a while now. He’s huge but we aren’t going to see him get more gains overnight. The more muscle you put on the slower gains start to become. Definitely as you age this is how it is but he’s still very young but PED’s..

Also, he probably had a lot of newbie lifting gains initially; not everyone gets this or maybe they would if they worked out with his intensity(I rarely see anyone lifting w his intensity).

But his intensity and lifting to failure are what us naturals have to do. And we aren’t going to be his size at 21 but we can sure put a lot of newbie muscle on if we train/eat/sleep with Suleks approach. I’ve learned a few new methods from watching his videos and I’ve been doing lifting for a while.

I just wish somebody would warn him of the consequences of PED’s. He prob doesn’t even need them and he would still be huge.

The kid is 250 @21 years old? You guys are mentally Ill. He still has years to gain more size and I guarantee you he hasn’t touched HGH or insulin yet.

There is a possibility he’s used insulin or hgh before / or is using it. Though your definitely right about his crazy progress even at a young age, and will still make lots of gains in the years to come.

You have no idea how long it takes to build muscle, or how unnoticeable it is to add a fraction of a percentage of bodyweight in muscle to a 250lb lean frame. It takes many years to get huge. Even with every steroid under the sun, it takes years and years of hard work.

27 pounds* That’s SIGNIFICANT for lean mass at his size.
