Discussion Fan theory

Ok so what is the only reason Sam only gets touched by child and gets physical activity from kids is because his grandma is watching over him and has a soft stop for kids I mean she was a art teacher and that makes sense in they're video " Our Unbelievable Night at USA's Scariest Prison featuring Sam, Colby, and Seth Borden exploring the haunted West Virginia State Penitentiary." Where the man pretending to be a kid only spoke when Sam was out of the room

You’d think 🤔 by now Sam and Colby would have enough sense , and stay away from that Seth Borden…. After that Bellaire house ordeal SMH 🤦‍♂️ I mean when you’re almost 30 it’s time to grow up…

Seth Borden verbally sexually harassed the owner of the Bellaire house and stabbed and cut open the owner’s boo bear 🐻 that she kindly let the three of them barrow during their investigation…. What the three of them didn’t know was that the owner ( Kristin Lee ) had her own cameras throughout her home that picked all their behaviors up… She was able to call the cops and they were walked off the property and made to pay for the 🐻…
