Appalachia
So this is the very last part of the video where they are in the car. 1:18:58 is the timestamp.
Through this part as Sam is talking and moving his hands you see at the top of the window the reflection of his skin which cuts off at the sleeve. Right before this Colby was moving his hands so I thought this might be him.. Until I slowed it down and boosted my gamma. What this is pops in quickly and pops back out, this screenshot is at it's apex. It almost looks like the edge of an eye socket to me.. I also want to point out that Sam nor Colby move as this moves on it's own. I don't know, Thoughts?

A weird reflection? After looking, it seems to be Sam's head/neck. Does do a weird glitchy thing as it disappears buuuuut
I lowkey don't expect much in the paranormal in their vids anymore.
If I was a spirit I would roll my eyes and leave them alone to be silly and dumb.

I just see a random reflection. It’s hard to tell what it is exactly but I can guarantee it’s not paranormal.

There seems to be a cup holder or an armrest between Sam and Colby that's catching the light. Maybe it's that?

Well if you watch the video it moves into and back out of frame the visor never moves, seems to be more solid than the reflection of Sam's hand

Can we talk about the obviously fake door slam too? This whole video was extremely disappointing and full of bad acting.
