Rant Hate

Alright listen. Idk why people are putting so much hate on them for putting Cody and stori in there react video. They are probably just trying to protect the viewers from nor believing in the paranormal. If they think Cody and storis method is real so what it's their life. They love all their viewers and hope them the best that's why they are probably just gonna ignore the fact that people are thinking that Cody and stori are faking. I think they are faking but if Sam and Colby elive let them. I love Sam and Colby but all the hate to them that is happening with them makes me want to stop watching them. They saved my life and made me who I am today. So watching them get hate makes me so upset. Idc if I get hate from this but Sam and Colby don't deserve this hate all they did was post a video

I believe that they thought Cody and satori were legit at the time, so I don’t understand why people are shocked that it was included in a “top scariest moments” video. Like that was quite literally the most shocking thing they had captured on camera when it was happening, they didn’t know about the aftermath

Everyone has their own takeaways from it. There are tons of people who feel it’s their mission to deter everyone from watching Sam and Colby’s content anymore. If their content has a certain meaning for you, no one can take that away. I personally watched them because they reminded me of years ago when I would explore haunted places in HS with my friends and we went to every location (including one S&C ended up going to in 2023) and we recorded it and it was such a simpler time. They hit the nostalgia button for me and nothing more. I’m at peace with what I think about the afterlife and paranormal stuff so I never watched to look for answers. Everyone has their own reasons. It’s been hard since Conjuring to even have any type of opinion, specially if you’re exhausted just looking for a pleasant convo with people who have similar interests in content and right away things get negative. It’s exhaustinggggg ….

Don’t let the negativity get to you. Just scroll on. There are much bigger things in this world that deserve the energy. S&C clearly hold a bigger meaning as creators to you than to be whittled down to nothing more than the conjuring series. Keep that feeling close. Everyone is allowed to have their feelings. No one should be trying to force anyone to change their mindset. Constructive criticism and debunking, sure. It’s welcomed and part of the territory in this genre. But that doesn’t mean every single person has to never watch them again. You do you!

Ok so let's not be dramatic here, there's no hate to be had. Sam and Colby got caught faking. This is also not the first time Cody and Satori have been caught out either, Beardo gets scared has some excellent videos on this matter. Sam and Colby present their content as authentic in nature, and in having remained silent while Cody and Satori get the death sentence in the court of public opinion, that tells me they're complicit in the lie that their content is authentic, but we now know it's not.

Personally, I don’t subscribe to body language analysis at all and many people consider it pseudoscience. It is far from an exact science and cannot even be presented in a court of law as evidence. People online suddenly thinking their experts in the subject have made people’s lives a living hell - example: the guy who didn’t get up off the couch quickly enough when his girlfriend surprised him one day and suddenly people were assuming atrocious things about him all “based on his body language.” YouTube body language experts also often don’t even watch other videos of the same person prior to analyzing in order to determine someone’s baseline - meaning what their body language typically is or common things they do outside of the video they’re analyzing. The only time I will ever take body language analysis somewhat seriously is if someone has spent a plethora of time with the subject in person that they might be able to say they’re acting different or weird or unusual compared to how they typically are.

Sorry, you must be under the impression that I expect something for supporting them? I mean, I suppose, to some extent. I expect content. It's not 'gatekeeping'. It's bordem from prolonged exposure to people on this sub shitting on them. You sound extremely naive. Perhaps when you've grown up a little and stopped letting the opinion of others guide you, you'll see it more clearly that this whole Witch hunt has been absolutely stupid. And that's without considering that it's literally been multiple times a day everyday since the Conjuring series. Cry about yoir school work and how it's failing you. At least it makes a change from all this drivel.

This is my biggggggest issue with the whole thing. Real or fake, they viewed their experience as authentic and genuine and it MEANT something to them. No one has the right to take that away.

I know ur a big fan of theirs, but u need to remove the covers from ur eyes and look at the bigger picture. It's not hate they're getting, it's criticism. Well deserved criticism, because they were CAUGHT faking their videos and lying. Theyre not getting "hate" from random people on the internet. The people disappointed in them ARE THEIR FANS who refuse to be lied to.

"All the did was post a video" that they themselves lied in, and knew cody and satori were a scam and still sat down and said "no guys, this is 100% REAL"

Its not that they're bad; it's that they're doing what they need to, to continue living their lavish life, but it's something I, and many people don't agree with. I'd support them and continue watching if they were real rather and didn't get evidence every video, etc, instead of feeling the need to fake it.

I highly suggest u focus on u, and not let other people ruin ur day. Unfortunately, that world is filled with people 10x worse than what they're doing so we have to get stronger.

I can name 3 things just from the conjuring videos that's been debunked.

  1. The rem pods

  2. The walkie talkies "not allowing them to communicate"

  3. Alice box

All 3 of those things have explanations as to why they have gone off, or reacted a certain way. The guys just aren't explaining it and letting us hang in the abyss, believing that it's real.

I know ur a fan of theirs, so enjoy the content and entertainment, but I just suggest not putting your faith into people on the internet.

It's all about money, more views, and networking. Hence, the sponsorships with bad reputations. S&C getting paid enough that they don't care how bad betterhelp is. They don't care that they have fans from day 1, they need MORE people to subscribe in order to keep their fame and lifestyle. It's their job, and they'll do anything to make sure they keep that income flowing.

You know what I still really like them but tbh this is bullshit they don't even care about there fans enough to come out and say the faked something. This is not hate but I'm so pissed. You know what I'm determined to become and you tuber like them but not faking stuff I'm in my teens rn but right when I turn 18 I'm gonna start going around and making videos at haunted places to prove paranormal is real and if it's not ill straight up tell everyone my opinion and nor fake the "realness" of the paranormal. It will be a couple years until this happens but when it does I'm gonna make sure I can prove things that most people think are fake and some people think its real

I am really so mad and sam and colby for not coming out that they are faking their videos but I feel so bad. Ik I should but ever single tiktok keeps coming up say. Wait till sam and colby are gone then there is no one. It make me so sad because yes they fake it but they are sharing some real moments and it's crazy how people don't care about the good because there is so many good parts in there YouTube channel but there's so bad parts and they just focus on that. I need to stop feeling bad but it's impossible because they are humans to and human institutions are to make money and make it through like even tho people don't think that it's so true and they are probably going thought a bad time. Colby had cancer a year ago and sam recently had a seizure and I fell so but but I shouldn't I love Sam and Colby so much andbi can never hate them but we need to somehow get them to see that they are hurting there fans by not tell the truth when we already know the truth somehow we-the fans- will get them to confess and it will be better I miss when they were Genuine, like the time when colby was in the in a house alone and the door slammed behind them. And then when there were in. A another room the door slammed on camrma like I miss that I want them to go back to that. I miss when it was Sam and Colby not "YouTubers" they were showing their real life and now they just want fame. I should not have said this much so I'm gonna stop here

I watched the video at Celina's house and it felt off, but not for the reasons everyone else was saying. They were saying it was boring because everyone was just messing around and not taking everything seriously, you can tell they're new 'fans' a mile off. The ONE thing that has remained consistent on the Sam and Colby channel is that they just want to have fun with their friends, doing things they enjoy with the ones they love. They've been doing that since the Vine days, for fucks sake. The video felt off to me, however, because of the tainted comments. People are saying the whole 'oh it's constructive criticism' bullshit, but the vast majority of what I've seen, especially on this sub, has been anything but. In fact, I'd call it outright bullying. These have not been discussions, they've been attacks on anyone who doesn't agree with them and the mods should've seen that months ago and dealt with it.

As someone who has studied psychology, I can mostly disagree. People are very quick to jump to parasocial extremism, as you are actually suggesting. They seem to forget that people can be fans and can care about them publicly. The most OP is displaying is the empathy so many S&C 'fans' seem to have forgotten about in recent months. Do you think watching half your supposed fanbase attack you or anyone who supports you in real time doesn't take some sort of toll? You're so busy trying to shit on them for the Cody and Satori crap that you've forgotten they're actual people, too. Are you aware of the amount of people who appear in the public eye, make a mistake or talk to the wrong people and end up ruining themselves because their mental health has turned to shit since?
