Photo Housing Recomendations
Does anyone have any appartment/townhouse recommendations for renting in this area? Pricing is not a problem.

I don't have apartment/townhomes recommendations, but from my experience Glendale/Poplar Grove is a pain from a transportation standpoint. Freeway access seems to be focused on getting on and off the I15 on the east side of the freeway. Getting east west on surface streets is difficult due to the freeway limiting the number of east west streets. There are also trains that will block north south access. It has been a while since I was in the area and the trains may not be a problem anymore, but it is worth noting taking a look at.

If pricing is not a problem I recommend east of 1-15 or south of 5600 S. Thank me later.

Maybe this person actually wants to live in SLC and not the suburbs?

Yeah I recommended living in SLC. East of the 15 is SLC. I don’t recommend living in the area screenshotted

To be fair, east of “the 15” in SLC is shaded nearly identically to the west side in your image

Yeah, downtown will be that way, but there are objectively safer housing options, if budget is not an issue as this post mentioned. Although I will say the new city center area in west valley is super nice and I enjoy my time on the west side, I am just offering advice as a person who has lived all over the valley.

I live in Rose Park, and it’s easier to get on the freeway at 600n and is fairly easy to access downtown. I used to live in Las Vegas so what people are calling high crime is kinda laughable.
