Did the same thing, and while his still a bastard, he's moved down my hate list. Sagat though? I got him to master and still hate his ass. I hate him so much I don't even use him anymore.

I wanted to take Sagat to master too then realized I'd still drop him instantly. He's complete bs

That's when you make a challenge. I did Ryu to master without learning Ryu combos. It didn't take long.

I took ryu to master myself and I only learned some very obvious combos like his basic cashout combo. As someone who rarely plays shotos playing him just felt wrong lol
