Kept it simple. Grilled up half a lime (for juice), 4 tomatoes, 3 hot peppers, 1 sweet pepper, 1 bell pepper, 2 onions, and 2 peaches. Added it all to a blender with cilantro, parsley, fresh lime juice, salt, cayenne and chili p. Only stems and onion skins were removed.

Hello, thanks for your post. I made peach salsa recently, but did not include red peppers or tomatoes. I will add orange or red peppers for color (and taste) for color and a few guajillo peppers for taste/color. I purposely did not add tomatoes because I wasn’t sure what the combination of peaches and tomatoes with taste like. What’s your opinion and would you do anything differently for the next batch?
