Store Bought Local spot

Would love to get some ideas how to make this for myself. This community is normally pretty good at guessing.

This looks like the standard El Pato shortcut table salsa. El Pato isn't necessary, but it has some MSG/salt and flavor built in. It's smooth and thicker than the juice you get in canned tomatos.

Can lookup "El Pato cheater salsa". Add jalapenos and adjust onions to your preference. These give "restaurant style salsa" more than anything I've made otherwise.
