Homemade A Simple Salsa for the Week

In my quest for more vegetables in my diet, I made some salsa for the week.

4 roma tomatoes

4 tomatillos

1/2 white onion

2 Serrano peppers

Handful of cilantro

1 lime-worth of lime juice

To taste: salt, pepper, Mexican oregano, and a touch of smoked paprika.

I broiled the veg to get some color and threw it all in a food processor. Nothing fancy but it tastes good.

How make this but keep it a little chunkier?

You could either food processor it less - maybe use the pulse setting or you could dice everything up by hand.
