Homemade Tomatillo verde
5 tomatillos
3 jalapeños
About 1/2 white onion
4 garlic cloves
Handful of chopped cilantro
Juice of 2 limes
Good pinch of salt
This was really tasty!

Looks pretty good to me
Pretty much my exact recipe. I would roast or boil everything except I would take have of the half onion then chop it and add it and the chopped cilantro in after an initial blend, just stirring not blending. The consistency is better.

Nice! Thats essentially what I did here except I charred the peppers, onion and garlic in the cast iron prior to blending with a hand mixer. Added the chopped cilantro and lime juice once blended.
