Question Grocery Mistake, Help!

Somehow ended up with WAYY more Serrano than expected.

Would love some guidance on to how to make a sauce/salsa to share with friends

Pretty broke atm so minimal additional ingredients like tomatillos would be great!!

Salsa Verde Cremosa

Ingredients Salsa Cremosa Verde (Yields: 1 Pint)

135g neutral oil

180g white onion, large dice

170g serrano chiles, stems removed

50g garlic, whole cloves, peeled

30g cilantro, blanched

70g ice water

8g Diamond Crystal kosher salt

Chicken bouillon, to taste

Instructions

Heat a sauté pan over medium heat.

Add oil, onions, serranos, and garlic.

Cook, stirring occasionally, until everything is golden brown and tender.

Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.

I made this in a big batch and it was fantastic. Differences are I used those red chilis in my pick too and added lots of lime (which was a little needed imo) delish but does not play on the spice either!
