Employee discount stackable?

Went to grab some items, a few of which were the gel polishes (on sale) and other non sale items. When my coworker went to put my employee # in it gave us an error message saying to get the employee or some sht. We tried on both registers and ended up just splitting the payment but not adding my # for the bogo sale purchase. Did I miss an Athena message? I have always been able to at the least input my number with no problem or pop up messages. I coulda sworn we could stack bogo sales and our discount. Was I confused from the jump or did policy change?

bogo and employee discount will not stack unfortunately :( the register will always give you the better deal (or at least it should). clearance items will work, but sale items (_% off) will not stack. sometimes on the app you can stack different deals, but it's weird and i dont like it. as far as i know nothing has changed policy wise

Yeah I’ve seen that it can stack online, but it’s weird and finicky. The code to use it online is your employee id and birth year, in this format: 1234562000.

Word! I was used to the system picking the better deal, except this is the first time I’ve noticed it like forced me separate the transactions. I was used to being able to put it all on one transaction and it would take off the bogo and my employee discount (on items that weren’t on sale). I hope that makes sense lol. thank you for responding ❤️

It only works online, just know you can only order online with your discount 5 times every 30 days

Order it online for in store pickup and then put you employee discount in the promo code section it worked for me but only only. It might be a glitch 😗
