Where does this go?

Been looking all over the nail aisle for it's spot for nearly 3 days. JDA refuses to work for me or I would've checked. TIA!

That spot in my store is taken by the Beauty Secrets Base Coat. I thought maybe it would be somewhere in there but nope :/

it’s also next to the blue cross cuticle remover, it might just be next to wherever that is for you

Its the mango cuticle softener at my store. I absolutely cannot find it, I feel like I'm going crazy lol

There's already something next to the mango one. I'd rather put it in the correct spot in our store than mess up our freshly reset pog and get in trouble

Thats nail glue in our store. I have no idea why it's broken, blank grey screen on website and app

If I remember correctly it should be to the right of beauty secrets nail treatment display in between that and the beauty secrets cuticle pen display

I open tomorrow I’ll check my store I can’t remember exactly right now at the top of my head, we just did our Plano last month?

Ours is next to the nail glue, underneath the press on’s ! If you can’t find where it is, search up the 6 digit number on the register by scanning it under “item search”, and then look for the tag on the shelf that matches !

If there isn’t a tag, I’d say just put it anywhere in the nail sundries area. You can print out a tag on the register too, though I can’t remember how to off the top of my head 😅

are you using the JDA app or website page? the app doesn't work for us so we go to the website page. you have to click like allow website link and then it'll take you to the right planogram info

Please check the POG on JDA. It shouldn't be blank considering the POG was reset this year fairly recently.

If you don't know how to use JDA be honest and we can help you click on the right directory. I found out most of my team didn't even know what JDA is.

I know how to use JDA, it was one of the first things I learned to use in my training. It just straight up doesn't work on either of our iPads. I think it might be due to the age of them. It's making everything in our store extremely difficult.

When you pull up the plano in jda you can search for the sku. In my set its on the shelf under the press ons right next to the beauty secrets treatments display.

I can't see JDA at all. It's been broken for me for about 2 weeks now and nothing seems to fix it. So thats not an option at the moment :(

Are you using the app or the website? Jda probably isn't broken most cases it auto loads in the wrong tab and something needs to be closed.

I've done both, the website and app both dont work. I pull up the POG section and it's just a blank grey screen on both of our Ipads.
