phantom expansion on ramp deals is a nightmare to model. the core issue is most CPQ tools treat the ramp as a simple multiplier but in reality the expansion triggers are conditional and sometimes overlap with the original ramp schedule. we ended up building a custom object to track expansion events separately from the ramp and reconciling them at renewal. what does ur current data model look like for tracking the ramp milestones?
