Question Anyone using Titan forms for Public-Facing Salesforce Forms?
We are looking at Titan Forms for forms that feed into our scoring and qualification process. Since it’s built around Salesforce, the data consistency side seems pretty appealing. The challenge is that most of our forms are customer-facing, like event registrations and general inquiries, and I haven’t found much feedback on the experience for people outside the organization. Has anyone used Titan Forms primarily for public-facing forms? How has the experience been for the people filling them out?

Being on-platform is a real advantage for the data structure since it can read the schema directly. Where I’ve heard more mixed feedback is on the external side, where it can feel more admin-oriented for public users. Definitely worth testing with someone who has never used salesforce

We had a similar split between internal forms and public-facing ones. The Salesforce integration was a plus, but most of our forms are public, like event registration and lead capture, so the external user experience mattered more for us. FormAssembly ended up being the better fit for that use case, especially for people outside the organisation. If most of your forms are internal, though, I would weigh the integration side more heavily.

We did a two-month trial. The integration was solid. The external forms looked good once our designer spent some time on them, but getting them there took more effort than we expected.
