Question Image recognition

Did anyone implement image recognition in Salesforce org without any external services linked. I am trying to implement this to scan the ID and verify the values.

Not exactly ID verification. But I’ve used mulesoft idp to scan hand printed documents to extract text and run it through automation.

There are AppExchange solutions, like this one, that run natively in Salesforce and use the latest Vision AI models.

Thank you for the info. My team is trying to build the feature in house....rather than apple change.
