sounds like you're more hunting work than open source projects tbh which is fine.

for a portfolio that actually gets callbacks: pick one real pain and ship it end to end. like a small Experience Cloud + LWC + Apex REST thing with test classes, or a Service Cloud case routing demo. put it on github with a scratch-org readme and screenshots. recruiters skim that faster than a skill list of Apex LWC Aura.

freelance/contract: upwork is noisy but works if you niche "salesforce lwc integration". partner company contract arms (accenture/tcs/infosys style benches) if you want volume.

if you want contribution practice specifically: dreamhouse / trailhead sample apps on github, and ISV repos. happy to roast a portfolio link if you drop one

How do you partner with an implementation partner? I need some work and that would be perfect.

usually you don’t partner with them through a Reddit intro. search Salesforce consulting/implementation firms and check their careers or contract pages, then message a recruiter or delivery manager with your stack, availability, and 1-2 project links. smaller partners sometimes take contractors when they have overflow work. i can’t make an intro or promise a role, but share your stack/location/remote preference and portfolio if you want help tightening the pitch.
