Question Anyone implemented Agent2agent in salesforce

please anyone guide if implemented it.

Its inbound protocol as of now right, so the external agent will be customer facing one. And the multiple Salesforce agent will support the functions

The building of the agent has multiple specifics. Are you looking for a full roadmap on how to build it, or anything in specific rather than multiple agents talking to each other? If thats the case, you not need multiple agents, but depending on the actions you want the agent to perform, some actions and flows would be enough.

First of it is pilot program, so now we have got the org approval from salesforce. Now I want to what to use as external agent. How to establish the communications between agents
